Hi Oisin, We are sincerely sorry to hear about your continued frustrations regarding your refund. Reply from Fly Now Pay Later Jun 30, 2023 It’s an absolutely shambolic company and I’m so worried that I’ll never get my money back again ![]() And yet somehow no Division of this company has a clue where it is, or they are withholding it. What could they possibly be waiting for? EasyJet refunded the card this company used to buy my flights in mid jan. Well it has been weeks of constant emails and they have only replied once saying that THEY were waiting for something else. They provided me with an email and said despite the fact it was their sister company, and their responsibility, that I should contact them to speed up the process. Since then, I have spoken to several agents via email - one had the courage to actually tell me that they were waiting for their sister company, flymble, to release the funds to them. I have already gave a review in the past and since that date I was told I would get my refund with 10 days (after 5 months since the flight was cancelled)…. I wish I could give this lower than one star. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us at if you have any questions or require further assistance.
